Ladera Ranch Villages
Ladera Ranch is divided into distinct communities known as villages. Each village/community has it's own unique features and a range of housing. I've provided prospective buyers with a breakdown of each village by tract showing the range of bedrooms and square footage.
Oakknoll Village
This is the first of the developed villages in Ladera Ranch. Within Oak Knoll is the Oakknoll Village Club which boasts of a fabulous Clubhouse which can be rented for parties and is often used for Community Activities as well as a pool and water play area. There are many walking trails throughout Oakknoll which lead to the clubhouse as well as to the adjoining neighborhoods.

The second of the developed neighborhoods in Ladera Ranch and home to the Flintridge Village Club. This club was intended to be more of an adult style club with a large pool and tennis courts. The clubhouse like all in Ladera Ranch can be rented out for private parties. And similar to Oak Knoll there are many trails and parks within walking distance of the homes. This is also home to the 1st elementary school in Ladera Ranch Chapparal which is also a distinguished blue ribbon school.
